Lough Skeen Feb 2011
The Ramblers started off the year on the 20th of Feb with their first competition on Lough Skeen conditions were breezy a good few fish were caught on the day. John Nicholson first place, Peter Noone second place. Next Meeting on the 10th of March in Mattimoes Pub Boyle at 9pm.

Boyle Rambling Anglers Association
At the recent annual general meeting of the association held on the 10th of Feb, the following officers were elected:
Chairperson - C.J. Greene
Vice Chairperson - Pat Egan
Secretary - Sharon Greene
Assistant Secretary - Ruth Egan
Treasurer - John Nicholson
Assistant Treasurer - Michael Beirne
P.R.Os - James Candon/Diarmuid Beirne
Health&Safety - Peter Noone/Owen Garvin
First Aid Officer - Marc Egan
Youth Officer - Marc Egan
The outgoing committee was complimented by the members for their imaginary and creative work in the development of the new organization. The outgoing chairperson Pat Egan thanked everyone for their hardwork and support throughout the year.
A vote of sympathy was expressed to the following, Garvin family and the Funke family on their recent bereavements.
The Rambling Anglers are at present in the process of organizing their calender of events of 2011 and will be published shortly. Membership is now due for 2011.

Boyle Rambling Anglers AGM
The AGM meeting of the association that was cancelled earlier, will now take place on Thursday February 10th at 8.30pm in the Royal Hotel Boyle. All members please attend, membership is now due.
